Yet another chapter in the ugly custody battle between Jeremy Renner and his ex-wife, Sonni Pacheco.
In a new court filing, Sonni accused the Avenger of hosting an unmasked, non-social distanced party over the 4th of July holiday, which she claimed put their daughter Ava at risk of contracting the coronavirus. The model was apparently only alerted to the gathering by an anonymous Instagram user who sent her pictures and posts from the event.

The text of the filing, obtained by DailyMail.com, is as follows:
“In these messages, this person told me that Jeremy was having people over at his Reno house and that nobody was wearing masks. The above party sent me numerous Instagram posts showing people at Jeremy’s Reno house including several young women. This person also sent me screenshots of young women announcing they were in Lake Tahoe (the area where Jeremy’s Reno house is located) and wearing t-shirts that say ‘Camp Renner’ (the name Jeremy uses when he hosts people at his Reno house). They are not wearing masks in the photos.”
The big problem? He’s also supposed to be co-parenting!
“Jeremy has also been flying back and forth to Reno during the stay-at-home orders and flies Ava back and forth as well without giving me advance notice and often informing me of the travel after arriving in Reno (in violation of our Judgment). I do not know if he practices social distancing or wears a mask while he travels or during the plane trips. I am also very concerned that Jeremy is not practicing social distancing and is putting Ava (and me by virtue of our joint custody) at risk of being unnecessarily exposed to COVID-19 and request that he submit to testing.”
She ended by demanding her ex be tested and the results sent to her legal team.
YIKES.
Renner’s lawyers didn’t deny the party occurred — there are way too many receipts for that. (You can check out the screenshots for yourself HERE.) Instead, they simply clarified:
“His daughter was not with him during July 4th weekend; she left on July 3rd.”
They also claimed his travel, with Ava and otherwise, was all above board per CDC recommendations. But he can’t guarantee that all those PYTs were following the same safety standards! And we really hope he was planning on quarantining the recommended 14 days to see his daughter after all that unmasked partying.
(One of the creepiest details is that the actor apparently posted on social media that he was hosting a “kid camp,” which turned out to be a party of 20-somethings. Gross!)
Elsewhere in the filing, the 29-year-old accused her ex of violating the couple’s agreement not to publish photos of their daughter, saying she appeared in multiple music videos and an episode of an HGTV reality show. She also maintained he has continued to withhold spousal and child support. In an email included in the filing, Pacheco wrote that the lack of funds meant she was unable to fix a plumbing problem, leaving herself and the 7-year-old to “s**t and p**s in a bucket.”

Renner, who claimed in the past that Pacheco sought the money for her own personal benefit, responded that he was “more than happy to come get Ava IMMEDIATELY so she is in a safe environment until you solve your plumbing problems.”
This years’ long legal battle has been so drawn-out and awful, it’s hard to say what’s right and wrong. But let’s be honest… for a man who claimed coronavirus left him financially unable to pay his full child support, flying a bunch of young women to party at your mansion feels incredibly frivolous. Not to mention sketchy. We’d be worried about infection even if there weren’t a pandemic. Just sayin’.
We just hope little Ava is feeling safe and cared for throughout all this ugliness.
